The Fox & Robbin Shop runs on volunteer help! And we are always in need of helping hands to sort donations, hang clothing and perform general shop duties.
As a volunteer, your work positively impacts customers, donors, your community and the environment.
Volunteering at the shop involves a lot of hands-on sorting of donations. Counting puzzles and games, sorting books, pricing clothing, and straightening up the shelves and racks.
Sort and process donations. This includes wiping items down, pricing, counting game pieces, hanging clothes and sorting toys.
Re-stock, assist customers, organize merchandise and maintain neat and clean appearance of the shop.
Help build our social media presence by posting to Facebook and Instagram.
Assist in promoting the shop and recruiting new volunteers by posting on local group boards.
Take unwanted donations to Goodwill or another similar organization.
Pick up Goodwill bags at the shop any time the library is open.
