The Fox & Robbin Shop, a 501c3, is a community resale shop that directly supports the Fox Branch Library. The town of Arlington, MA is incredibly lucky to have two libraries and the shop name is a nod to both – the Edith M. Fox Branch Library and the Robbins Library.
The library shop began in 2008 when two friends, Susan Dorson and Amy Weitzman turned an unused spot in the Fox Library into a children’s thrift store as a way to support the library.
The shop has a small staff to oversee an amazing group of volunteers. Our volunteers donate their time to sort and price donations, greet shoppers and make the shop an organized and welcoming space for the community.
